Hongzhu fiber is a kind of cellulose fiber developed by CTRC-PD.The materil comes from natural bamboo.The produce process is as followings:bamboo- pulp-spinning-after treatment.

Bamboo viscose is produced by catalytic treatment,which increases the cellulose content from 35% to 93% and keeps the bamboo natural antibacterial property.

The plasma body processing technology research for bamboo fiber fabic is cooperated with China Science Academy.The processing technics can provide drying and cleaning process to replace the working gas at certain optimized frequency and power.The active particles strike the surface of the fabric and engender

resolution,erosion,oxidation,deoxidation,fission,association and polymerization.Though processing and after treatment to achieve the characters of anti-water,anti-stain and moist as well as to improve antifelting, tetain antibacterial stability and increase dyeing quality of the bamboo fiber fabric.

HONGZHU fiber single fiber dry breaking tenacity is improved from 2.1CN/dtes to 2.7CN/dtes.For example,100% B32S yarn usual breaking strength is 11.0-11.5.If USE 1.2d Hongzhu bamboo fiber for spnning,the breaking tenacity can reach 13.5(1.2D),Uster CV is 13.6.Hongzhu bamboo fiber also can improve the yarn strength and Uster CV,at present it can reach 13.6.
